I am addicted to peach tea. I drink a pitcher of it every day (sugar free of course). It’s refreshing and different, perfect for a hot summer’s day, so when I saw this recipe for Bourbon Peach Tea on Pinterest, I had to share it.
2 oz. Peach Preserves
2 oz. Bourbon
Sweet Tea
1 oz. Lemon Juice
A sprig of thyme and lemon wedge for garnish
Stir together the peach preserves, bourbon and lemon juice. Pour over ice. Garnish. Voila! I like to serve drinks like this in a frosty mug or a Ball jar.
